Luke 23:6-8

New Matthew Bible

⁶ When Pilate heard mention of Galilee, he asked whether the man was from Galilee. ⁷ And as soon as he knew he was of Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who was also at Jerusalem in those days.

⁸ And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceedingly glad. He had desired to see him for a long time, because he had heard many things about him, and trusted to see some miracle done by him.
